New Stroke Website Launched

A new website dedicated to Stroke information has been launched by the Irish Health Foundation. www.stroke.ie will serve as a resource for stroke related queries as well as a portal for the campaign to increase awareness of stroke and to improve the provision of stroke services nationally.
The newly formed Meath Stroke Support Group meets weekly at Knightsbridge Nursing Home. The group provides a social support, activities as well as stroke related excercises. For further information, contact Mark Hennessy on 046/9482700 or email care@barchester.ie
