Knightsbridge Village Scoops Top Accommodation Awards

Knightsbridge Village, Barchester Healthcare's flagship nursing home and retirement village in Trim, Co.Meath scooped the top award at the Irish Accommodation Services Industry (IASI) 2008 award ceremony which was held in the Dunboyne Castle Hotel on Saturday night.
The IASI annual awards recognise excellence in the provision of high quality accommodation across a range of sectors including hotels, colleges, nursing homes and hospitals. Knightsbridge Village won a gold award for outstanding accommodation and also won the supreme award for best nursing home accommodation.
 Other award winners included the Fitzwilliam Hotel, Park Plaza Hotel, Temple Street Hospital and Blackrock College. The awards were presented by the president of the IASI, Angela Kennedy and by Meath GAA legend, Colm O'Rourke.
 Speaking after the awards, Catherine Condon, Operations Manager at Barchester Healthcare commented, 'We are delighted to receive these awards. We have worked very hard to ensure that the quality of accommodation in Knightsbridge Village is second to none and these awards represent a very proud occasion for both residents and staff'.
